Slate is a natural stone, dark grey, resistant and does not freeze. It can get easily split in slabs or tiles of different thicknesses, following the direction of the veins. For this reason, we can manufacture slate of different shapes that can be finished and used for several purposes.
The natural cleft flooring surface can be slight to very rough. It is anti-slip and is the true protagonist of indoor rooms. It looks beautiful with other materials such as wood, marble and ceramic. Moreover, it is also possible to make nice outdoor floor for gardens and urban decorations.
The honed flooring is particularly useful in stylish houses. Therefore, it can be appreciated together with little pieces of bianco Carrara marble for maximum effect, in order to reconstruct the typical Genoese floor. Standard sizes can range from 11.81 x 11.81 to 23.62 x 23.62 Thickness: 0.59/ 0.79.
Skirting board sizes are standard: 2.36 x 0.39 , 3.15 x 0.39, 3.94 x 0.39.
